About the Prospectus
The Club Development Fund is designed to ‘pool’ finances to provide the opportunity to invest in larger property projects. E.g. Shopping Centres, townhouse community developments, large apartment blocks.
When contributions have reached the desirable level, the Club Development Fund will go out and identify possible investment opportunities. As the members are, in effect, the ‘developer’ of a property, they take advantage of real estate prices without the developer’s profit! The profit resulting from the finished product sales goes to the members!
