Kathleen has many years experience in administration and business management. She has been a director and administration manager of several companies throughout her career and today takes an active role in the administration of The Investors Club ® Group.

Kathleen has had a long and illustrious property career. Over many years Kathleen has purchased and sold residential properties as an occupation and from these transactions has become very familiar with the issues and pitfalls of the property market.

Shannon Sampy, Director

Shannon took over the area of negotiating property prices on behalf of The Investors Club ® members in 1996. Shannon showed he enjoyed the challenge of getting the best price possible for investors resulting in rapid sales of the stock sourced by him. The Investors Club ® members soon became accustomed to his properties selling and tenanting quickly resulting in rapid and secure growth.

Over this period Shannon has been heavily involved in sourcing, negotiating and planning residential developments, mostly on the East Coast of Australia, to sustain property investor’s needs and requirements.
